MEET THE STAFF
At Rockville Concierge Doctors, our staff is an integral part of our practice. As our patient, you will quickly realize that they indeed help make our practice truly special. Always compassionate, cheerful, and knowledgeable, they will happily assist you with your needs. They will get to know you on a first-name basis and go above and beyond to help make every visit a welcoming and pleasant experience.
Kerri grew up in the Aspen Hill area of Montgomery County, MD and has lived in the Gaithersburg area since 1998. Kerri attended the University of Maryland at College Park. She graduated with a degree in marketing in 1984.
After college, Kerri held managerial positions with two companies before staying home to raise her two daughters. In 2007, she started working for Montgomery County Public Schools as a substitute teacher and more recently as a paraeducator. She joined Rockville Concierge Doctors in April 2022 as our office manager. She appreciates how friendly the staff and patients are.
Kerri lives with her husband Mark and their two cats. Kerri’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. Whether it’s at the beach, New York City, Disney World, on road trips, or just hanging out at home, being with family is the best. She’s looking forward to any other adventures her family dreams up.
Mallela was born in Peru and now lives in Beltsville, Maryland, with her husband, two adorable daughters, and two dogs.
Mallela has been a medical assistant since 2010, joining Rockville Concierge Doctors in September 2017. Kind and caring, she has a soft touch when drawing blood. She enjoys working with the staff and doctors at Rockville Concierge Doctors and especially likes getting to know the patients.
When not at work, Mallela enjoys spending time with her family, including taking her girls to playdates with friends.
Baneza is Salvadoran but was born and raised in Silver Spring. She graduated from Albert Einstein High School in 2014. She has worked in internal medicine since graduating from Brightwood College in 2017.
Baneza started working at Rockville Concierge Doctors in February 2022. She enjoys working with Dr. Seidman and the rest of the staff. She loves interacting with all the different patients, all of whom are very friendly.
Baneza is a Harry Potter and Star Wars fan. She even named her son Anakin! Baneza is married and lives with her husband Juan, Anakin and two dogs Jefe and Sinaloa. Baneza enjoys going on small adventures with her family and seeing her son wrestle the dogs.

Tiffany grew up in Wheaton, Maryland, and now lives in Hagerstown. She has been working with Dr. Seidman since November 2002, prior to the establishment of Rockville Concierge Doctors.
Tiffany prides herself on being efficient and friendly, and enjoys being a part of our patients’ lives. She loves how supportive and friendly the staff and patients are. “It’s like having a second family,” she says.
Tiffany has four children and a cat named Emelia. She loves festive holidays and the excuse they provide for making homemade decorations with the kids.
Kelly was born in Nicaragua but has lived in Silver Spring, Maryland, her entire life. She has worked in internal medicine since graduating from TESST College of Technology in 2010. She is now taking nursing classes at Howard Community College.
Kelly started working at Rockville Concierge Doctors in 2013. She enjoys working with Drs. Seidman and Possner, the rest of the staff, and our patients, all of whom are very friendly. If you ever need blood drawn, Kelly is an expert at making it as painless and quick as possible.
Kelly is married and has three boys and a German Shepherd named Bubbles. She enjoys playing video games with her boys and having movie nights every Friday. Kelly is a huge Baltimore Ravens fan and also enjoys watching her own boys play football.
